COUPONS MY WAY!

Call me crazy... but I have decided that I want to be a coupon guru! I love getting things cheap and free. I have been following a few "coupon" type blogs.. and I have decided to start my own. Tomorrow, April 8, 2009, will officially be the first day of my Book of Mormon challenge. I welcome anyone wishing to participate!! Here is the rules.. get a blank copy of the book, (which you can get at any distribution center for $2.50... and a red highlighter pencil ($0.20 at distribution.) You will need to read 5 pages a day to stay on schedule. Any time you see a reference to Jesus Christ (Savior, Redeemer, God, etc) you circle it. Any time the Savior speaks.. you underline it. Its that simple!!!
If you would like a copy of the chart I made to help me track my progress... post your email address and I will email it to you!! I will have a big party at my house on July 22, 2009 for any of my young women, friends, and family, who have completed the book... or if you live far... you can throw yourself a party!!
I promise that you will be amazed at how much your testimony of the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith, and Jesus Christ will grow over the next 100 days!!!

Life has been a little crazy over the past few months for me and my little family...So the blog has gone on the back burner. As many of you may know... my husband and I seperated about 4 months ago. So here we are... me and my precious little girls! ENJOY!

Trick or Treating Accident

On Halloween, I was taking Elisa around Trick or Treating with some friends. At the 4th house, Elisa fell in her monkey costume down 2 cement stairs and landed on her head. OUCH!! She had a huge goose egg. This picture is taken today...4 days later...it looks a lot better. Needless to say, that ended our Halloween night.

On Monday, we decided to spend the day as a family and go to Cornbelly's corn maze at Thanksgiving Point. My mother-in-law was nice to offer to watch Cambri so that we could spend some quality time with just Elisa. So here we are doing activities such as... jumping on a gigantic pillow, climbing, sliding, finding our way thru the kiddie corn maze, riding a cow train thru the pumpkin patch, getting Elisa's face painted, finding Halloween Easter eggs, and having a great time doing all sorts of other stuff!!
